Friendsgiving

Bring a friend. We'll bring the community.

A free community potluck with healthy recipes, good conversation, and practical teaching on raising healthy families.

Free · Everyone is welcome

  • 2770 FM 1463, Suite 101B, Katy, TX 77494
  • (346) 257-4179

Think of a girlfriend you'd love to catch up with over lunch. A neighbor, a coworker, a friend from church, or the friend who keeps saying she wants to start eating better. Invite her to come with you.

You don't have to be a patient or have attended FUEL to join us. Everyone is welcome. (It's Friendsgiving, after all. The friends are a fairly important ingredient.)

How it works

Four easy steps

  1. 1

    Save your seat

Register below and invite a friend to come along. One seat per attendee, so send the link her way too.

  2. 2

    Choose a recipe

Stop by the front desk to pick a recipe card and commit to a dish you'll bring.

  3. 3

    Make it at home

Cook your dish at home and bring it — and the recipe card — on event day.

  4. 4

    Gather around the table

Enjoy food, fellowship, and a few new favorites to take home.
